How to troubleshoot performance issues?

We designed Appetize to be reliable, secure, and FAST. If this is not the case for you, please follow the steps below to help us better diagnose and fix any issues.

Please fill out a support request using this form or send us an email to hello@appetize.io with responses to the following questions:

1. Is the performance issue still happening? Does it happen all the time, or just intermittently?

2. When it does happen, please try the demo app on our homepage at https://appetize.io and let us know if that is faster, or has the same issues.

3. Could you also let us know if it is slow to load, or slow to run once it's loaded, or both? (A video recording is great, and enables us to help you faster!)

4. Please also send us the Appetize link for your app which is having the performance issues.
