      How can I cap usage at a certain number of minutes?

      There's no way to set a strict limit, but you can set an overage billing alert to $1.

      There's no way to set a strict limit, but you can set an overage billing alert to $1, for example. This will notify you as soon as you have used all your included minutes in the plan. You can then disable access through your account page.
      You may set a billing alert notification from your Account Page after logging in.
       
      There is a small "starter package" of minutes included in each plan tier. After this package is used, minutes are billed at the standard rate specified by the plan. For more information, see our Pricing Page.
